1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the TrackSyx Beats website and purchasing our digital instrumentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
2. Free Downloads (Tagged Beats)
Any beat downloaded for free from TrackSyx Beats is strictly for non-profit, promotional, and evaluation use only. Free downloads contain vocal tags. You may not monetize, upload to Content ID systems, or distribute any derivative works made from free downloads to major streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) without purchasing a license.
3. Purchasing Exclusive Licenses
When you purchase an exclusive license from TrackSyx Beats, the beat will be immediately marked as "SOLD" and will no longer be leased or sold to new parties. Your specific usage rights, royalty splits, and publishing terms are defined entirely by the Exclusive Beat License Agreement provided to you upon completion of the transaction.
4. Digital Delivery & Refund Policy
All products sold on TrackSyx Beats are digital downloads (WAV audio, ZIP stems). Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. Upon successful payment via Stripe, your files will be provided instantly. If you experience an error during download, please contact support and we will manually deliver your files.
5. Intellectual Property
TrackSyx Beats retains full original copyright ownership of the instrumental composition unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing within a custom buyout agreement. Purchasing an exclusive license grants you the rights to use the beat, but does not transfer the foundational copyright of the underlying instrumental.
