I purchased a beat, but didn't get my files. What do I do?

After a successful payment on Stripe, you should be redirected back to our site where your high-quality files and license agreement download automatically. If your browser blocked the download or you closed the tab too early, simply email admin@tracksyx.com with your receipt, and we will manually send you your files.

What happens when a beat is marked as "SOLD"?

Because we offer Exclusive Licenses, once a beat is purchased, it is removed from our active catalog for leasing or selling. The purchaser receives full exclusive rights to the instrumental. You can no longer buy or lease a beat once it has the SOLD stamp.

Can I use the free downloads on streaming platforms?

No. Free downloads are tagged and are provided strictly for non-profit evaluation purposes (e.g., writing and recording a demo). To upload your song to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or to perform it for profit, you must purchase the exclusive license.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital goods and exclusive rights transfers, all sales are final. Please make sure to download and listen to the free tagged version to ensure you love the beat before committing to a purchase.
